Our team of housing specialists provide customized temporary housing solutions for every aspect of the insurance industry, be it adjusters, catastrophe teams, restoration companies, emergency crews, or a displaced policyholder. Crimson has a solution for your needs.

Service Guarantee

Crimson Temporary Housing stands behind its commitment in providing superior service and a superior product with our Service Guarantee. Our approach to service empowers our employees to make decisions quickly and efficiently and to personalize solutions to assist you should we have any service let downs. We are so confident that your apartment will be perfect when you arrive that, if it does not meet your expectations, the first night is on us. If you don’t like your accommodations within 48 hours after check-in, we will move you at our expense.

Pre-move-in inspections:

In order to maintain our service standards, Crimson ensures that your apartment is ready when you arrive by utilizing a comprehensive checklist to make sure that all items have been delivered as ordered, and that all services (phone, electric, cable, etc.) are in working order. We will resolve any problems we find before you arrive, or you will be notified when they are in working condition.
