Crimson Temporary Housing provides corporate housing and other travel related services throughout the United States.
Our services include rentals of temporary apartments, Single-family homes, as well as other services such
as hotel reservations, car rental services, real estate purchase assistance, and concierge services through our
partnerships.
"Corporate Housing / Temporary Housing" are the terms that describe spacious, fully furnished, beautifully decorated
apartments and single-family homes that are ideal for relocating employees and others in need of extended travel lodging.
The facilities are much larger than both regular and extended stay hotel rooms and offer a more home-like atmosphere than
you'll find in a typical hotel. Crimson takes on the leases for these residential apartments and single-family homes, adds
tasteful furnishings, and then sublets the units to our customers and guests.
All residences feature a complete kitchen and have separate dining, living, and sleeping areas. Even a washer and
dryer are included in most of our residences. A wide range of personal services and exceptional amenities, including
health clubs and swimming pools, give Crimson apartments an atmosphere of luxury and convenience, as well as the
comfort of feeling at home. Our service offers a single invoice for bundled services. That means that you will pay
one bill for rent, furniture, housewares, and all utilities.

more positive, productive, healthy, and home-like atmosphere then a standard 10 x 10 hotel in most cases at a

high internet services, complimentary premium cable television as well as a luxury atmosphere and basic home-like

We furnish our apartments with tasteful, stylish furniture, housewares, linens, and home electronics. A 27" television
and DVD player come stock in every apartment, as well as complimentary High Speed Internet and premium cable television
services. Utilities and phone service are also included in our fees. Housekeeping services are available upon request.

Crimson offers pet friendly accommodations for those who desire to travel with them. We can accommodate virtually any
type of pet, subject to the restrictions of our communities.
Crimson temporary accommodations has a required minimum stay of 30 days. However, shorter stays are available through
our hotel partnerships and at some of our select locations throughout the United States. Please contact us at

Prices vary by lease term, location, and availability. Although we require a 30 day minimum for most of our rentals, we
price our temporary housing by the day to make it easier to compare our rates to those of competing hotels.
Crimson temporary housing invoices include rent, utilities, furnishings. and any additional fees bundled into a single
invoice. Most of our clients pay for their lodging on a monthly basis, however, arrangements can be made for weekly,
or bi-monthly billing as well. Our corporate clients can arrange to have their companies directly billed and if they
have multiple employees staying with us we can arrange for a consolidated single invoice for the entire company or a
single group.
For employees or travelers who are on stipend or are paying for their accommodations themselves, we will accept all
major credit cards, checks, or money orders. No cash please. Companies can also arrange for electronic payments.
